UX/UI Web Designer

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and functional web designs based on requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our development team, project managers, and clients to ensure the designs align with business objectives and user needs.
• Ensure all web designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality while managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Participate in project planning, design sprints, and user testing activities.
• Develop briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web pages, promotional products, technical illustrations, and computer artwork.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Responsible for quality projects being developed on time and within budget. Ensure scope changes are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
• Provides time estimates and performs on time according to the work scope.
• Communicate all project issues to the Creative Director in a timely manner.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools
• Perform other related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.

Requirements, Minimum Education Level, and Experience:

• Strong and diverse portfolio with UX/UI and Graphic Design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and WordPress/Shopify platforms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level and consistent work ethic in all work-related duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong project management and organization skills, a keen eye for aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
• Expertise with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,  etc.).
• Attention to detail composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines, often under pressure.
