At BRANDITO, providing a better buying experience for our clients is our top priority. The National Account Executive (NAE) is an outside sales role reporting directly to the CRO. The NAE is responsible for new business development in a defined geographic territory, selling all services to enterprise-level customers. The NAE will work closely with the inside sales team (Account Managers) to manage active customer relationships effectively. 

The NAE must interface well with our clients, suppliers and all internal departments to create profitable solutions and good feelings. Leading by example, their actions and decisions encourage those who work with them to be dedicated to our vision, mission, and values. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Nurture and grow existing relationships as the strategic thought leader on accounts. 
  • Work effectively with peers, specifically the Account Management team and the internal Marketing team, to ensure that the customer experience meets company standards and that business development strategy aligns with company goals. 
  • Develop a sales pipeline of qualified targets within defined territory. 
  • Evaluate customer needs and be able to sell all BRANDITO services as they apply. Services include: promotional products, uniform programs, fulfillment services, e-commerce solutions and onsite experiential marketing services.   
  • Meet performance KPI’s. 
  • Utilize CRM to track activity and manage pipeline. 
  • Implement corporate initiatives and effectively work with key stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Manage and report sales metrics to the C-Suite. 
  • Report sales metrics and KPIs to customers as required. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • A proven track record of business development and outside sales. 
  • Ability to be a strategic thinker and utilize all available resources to succeed in role. 
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. 
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Some travel required. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in promotional products or experiential marketing industries 
  • Knowledge of corporate uniform programs
