We transformed part of our office into a coffee shop and allowed employees to work there forIMG_9785 the morning while enjoying coffee and pastries but to enhance that experience even more, everyone got custom coffee cups and coasters that they were able to keep. Oh, and we threw in some branded Nike sweatshirts too! Not only did these items serve as a keepsake, but they also act as a constant reminder of the positive company culture you’ve worked hard to build.

Creating a Summer Challenge 

As temperatures rise and motivation tends to dip, it’s the perfect time to bring your teams together, encourage some friendly competition, and keep morale high. It was the perfect way to keep things lighthearted and engaging during the summer, plus we stayed hydrated all summer long!
