Account Manager (Hybrid) – Drive Client Success Through Creative SWAG Solutions

We’re looking for enthusiastic Account Managers to join our HQ Office who can take charge of a dedicated portfolio of clients and ensure they receive exceptional service, creative solutions, and lots of SWAG! You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to your accounts—from innovative product presentations to seamless order management. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Client Champion: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner and problem-solver. 

Internal Connector: Collaborate with our Sales Coordinators, Finance, E-commerce, and Fulfillment teams to deliver a smooth, engaging experience for every client. 

SWAG Solutions Expert: Develop and present creative promotional product ideas that align with client needs and goals, staying ahead of trends by attending supplier events (we know you’ll love the SWAG!). 

Process Improver: Be proactive in resolving issues and finding ways to enhance our services, making sure clients stay happy and ensuring projects stay on track. 

Data Driver: Keep tabs on your performance through our CRM system, tracking everything from pipeline activity to client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need:  

  • Experience in account management or a client-facing role (bonus points if you’ve worked in promo or branding). 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Microsoft-based applications. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. 
  • A willingness to undergo a background assessment. 

Physical Requirements

  • Able to sit at a desk comfortably while working on a computer, for extended periods of time.
