The Customer Success Manager leads the Account Management team responsible for delivering that experience day in and day out.
This role focuses on building a strong team, keeping accounts well supported, and making sure our service model runs smoothly as we grow. The Customer Success Manager hires and develops Account Managers, balances workloads across the team, and keeps a close eye on performance, client engagement, and operational consistency.
This role requires someone who understands how the business works end-to-end and can connect the dots between sales, operations, and client needs. Just as important, this leader sets the tone for the team — clear expectations, steady support, and a shared focus on doing great work for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard Account Managers
- Set clear expectations and coach team members toward strong performance
- Monitor team activity, pipeline health, and client engagement
- Assign new accounts and manage transitions when needed
- Identify process improvements that make the team more efficient and organized
- Support ongoing training so the team understands BRANDITO’s services and capabilities
- Track key performance indicators in CRM tools including pipeline, margin goals, and client activity
- Partner with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly across departments
- Maintain a team culture that values accountability, collaboration, and strong client service

Qualifications:
- Experience in account management or a client-facing role as well as managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Microsoft-based applications.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- A willingness to undergo a background assessment.
Position is located in our Manalapan, NJ office. Position is hybrid – required in office 3 days/week.
Compensation: $125,000 annually + eligible for a performance bonus up to 20% of base salary. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with employer match, and a generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
