As we continue to grow, BRANDITO is seeking a Director of IT to lead our technology strategy, drive operational excellence, and enhance our digital infrastructure. Job Summary:
The Director of IT will oversee all technical aspects of BRANDITO, creating and executing a forward-thinking tech strategy that aligns with our business goals. This leader will play a pivotal role in optimizing our e-commerce platforms, implementing scalable IT solutions, and driving innovation through emerging technologies like AI. Success in this role means ensuring our systems are as dynamic as our company, empowering us to deliver unmatched value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with BRANDITO’s business objectives.
- Identify and integrate solutions to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to ensure technology supports overall business goals.
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of core systems such as e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technology platforms.
- Champion cloud-based solutions to support digital transformation and remote work capabilities.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and grow the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to ensure seamless support and execution.
Data & Analytics
- Drive data management best practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the adoption of advanced analytics tools to support business growth, improve customer retention, and provide market insights.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect BRANDITO’s data and systems.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain to enhance product offerings and streamline operations.
- Drive process automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience (5+ years) in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within the distribution, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong expertise in IT systems management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Experience leading digital transformations and scaling technology operations for growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and modern e-commerce platforms.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
