E-Commerce Account Manager (Hybrid) – Where SWAG Meets Strategy Online

As an E-Commerce Account Manager (EAM), you’ll take the lead in building and optimizing our Advanced Company Stores for a dedicated group of accounts. From product curation to site refreshes and inventory management, you’ll own the end-to-end experience and be the go-to expert for everything e-comm. 

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and our supplier partners to deliver creative, well-executed store programs that meet client needs and exceed expectations. This is a role for someone who loves blending tech-savvy thinking with client-focused service—and yes, there’s plenty of SWAG involved. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Client Relationship Builder: Build strong, trusted relationships with your clients and act as their main point of contact for all things related to their online store. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with all internal teams to create a seamless client experience from start to finish. 
  • Store Strategist: Lead quarterly site refreshes with a strategic focus on optimizing layout, navigation, and product assortment to boost engagement and sales—while ensuring full compliance with contract requirements and service-level agreements. 
  • SWAG Curator: Select and manage inventory that reflects client needs and current trends, maintaining stock levels and reordering when necessary. 
  • Insight Provider: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients and internal teams with clear performance insights. 
  • Marketing Partner: Collaborate with clients on communication and promotional strategies that increase traffic and drive engagement. 
  • Customer Service Pro: Own the resolution of all store-related inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a can-do attitude. 
  • Program Supporter: Support additional programs such as Redemption, Pop-Up, and 3PL Stores, as needed. 
  • Team Player: Provide coverage for other Account Managers when needed, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared success.

What Helps You Shine in This Role: 

  • Previous experience in account management or e-commerce is a major plus. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and general PC-based tools. 
  • Willingness to undergo a background assessment. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Able to sit comfortably at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods.
