National Account Executive (NAE) – Driving Growth and Building Relationships

As a National Account Executive (NAE), you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our business within a defined geographic territory, working with enterprise-level customers and selling a wide range of services. Reporting directly to the CRO, this is an outside sales position where you’ll be at the forefront of new business development. The ideal candidate brings valuable experience from promotional products or experiential marketing industries, positioning them to thrive in this role.
You’ll collaborate closely with our inside sales team (Account Managers) to ensure we’re managing client relationships effectively, always delivering on our promise of exceptional quality and service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Leader: Nurture and expand existing accounts, acting as the strategic thought partner for your clients and helping them succeed with BRANDITO’s solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with our Account Managers and Marketing team to ensure every client experience exceeds expectations, aligning your sales strategy with BRANDITO’s company-wide goals.
Pipeline Strategist: Actively seek out and nurture qualified leads in your territory, driving new business opportunities with precision. Keep your pipeline organized and current by leveraging our CRM for seamless tracking and follow-up.
Solutions Seller: Assess client needs and confidently offer BRANDITO’s full range of services—from promotional products and uniform programs to fulfillment services, e-commerce solutions, and onsite experiential marketing.
Performance Driver: Meet or exceed your KPIs, ensuring your efforts align with the company’s strategic goals.
Sales Performance Strategist: Report sales metrics and KPIs to both our leadership team and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients / prospects and attend industry events.
Your Ideal Skill Set:
- 5+ years of experience in the promotional products or experiential marketing industry.
- Familiarity with corporate uniform programs is a plus.
